License

HouseSense is made available under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps purchased from the App Store: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscription

• HouseSense (yearly): DKK 79 per year. Unlocks saving more than one house at a time.
• Without a subscription you can have one fully editable house at a time — with all features — and always receive houses others share with you.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The amount is charged through your Apple account.
• Manage or cancel any time in the App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• If the subscription expires, you lose no data. All houses remain readable (floor plan, 3D, PDF, photos); houses beyond the one free house become read-only.

Measurements are indicative

LiDAR measurement is typically accurate to within ±2–3 cm, but HouseSense is a decision-making tool — not a surveyor. Measurements, areas and sunlight calculations are indicative and must not be relied upon for construction, purchase or legal matters without professional verification.

External services

Address lookup uses the public Danish DAWA API. AI-assisted interior design happens with external services (e.g. ChatGPT) that you choose to use on their own terms — HouseSense sends nothing automatically.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. The developer cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's measurements or visualizations, cf. Apple's standard EULA above.
